Willem Berendsen, the curator of A.Z. Verhuizingen B.V. (trading under the name Van Zoggel Verhuizingen), together with his team organized a controlled auction process. In this process a number of parties were given the opportunity to buy Van Zoggel Verhuizingen. Eventually Mondial Vlugo won the controlled auction and bought the company.

Rolande Infra B.V., at that time part of the Schouten Group and a regular client of LXA, has acquired 100% of the shares in the capital of Engie LNG Solutions B.V. LXA advised Rolande in this deal. Schouten Group was one of the first companies in the Netherlands to recognise the potential of LNG as energy source, especially for industrial and transportation purposes.

The Dutch private equity firm Transequity Network acquired a majority stake in Vanquish Yachts, a Dutch shipyard that manufactures fully hand-crafted, customizable luxury sporting yachts. LXA advised Transequity Network on this acquisition.

LXA advised Capital Mills B.V. on their acquisition of interest in 24sessions B.V. (venture capital transaction).
