In November 2017 the Dutch private equity firm TransEquity Network acquired a majority stake in Way Group. LXA advised Transquity Network in this acquisition.
LXA advised the (Dutch and American) shareholders of Healthlink Europe B.V., a specialist in logistics for medical device manufacturers and with branches in the Netherlands and the United States, on the sale of their shares to Base Logistics (Waterland). The sale took place via a controlled auction coordinated by LXA that was won by Base Logistics (Waterland).
In July 2017 the Dutch private equity firm TransEquity Network and Particon acquired acquired a majority stake in Keijsers Interiors. Keijsers Interiors is an interior builder based in Venray, the Netherlands and has its own production location in Poland. Keijsers Interiors supplies high quality and custom furniture for stores and commercial buildings. The areas that the company focuses on are: Offices, Museums, Shops and Healthcare. LXA advised Transquity Network and Particon on this acquisition.
LXA advised Ferm LIVING ApS in a case concerning the copyright of baskets. We have successfully acted against counterfeit baskets. The client designs many successful products. The downside is that these products are being copied. We advised the client in this matter on the protection of its products and intellectual property and have successfully conducted legal proceedings.
LXA advised the shareholders of Brainwash and Clubkappers on the controled auction sale to Provalliance Group. Brainwash and Clubkapper are a hairdresser chain leader in the Netherlands with more than 200 hairdressing salons and 1.000 employees. Provalliance from France is the European market leader and has 11 formulas, covering the market from high to low, and employing 2.900 hairdressing salons and 25.000 employees.
LXA advised project developer Built to Build with the development of a new distribution center in the Vossenberg West logistics zone in Tilburg. The distribution center was specifically developed for NSK European Distribution Centre and sold to end investor Montea. LXA took care of the negotiations and contract documentation with both tenant NSK and end investor Montea.
LXA advised Robert van der Wallen's investment company BL Capital B.V. in the acquisition of Vineyard Bernardus from Ben Pon. Van der Wallen acquired 50% of the shares in the vineyard through his investment company with an option to acquired the remaining shares. In addition, Van der Wallen acquired a license to use the Bernardus brand for other premium brand products and services.
LXA advised Aareon Nederland B.V., subsidiary of the stock listed Aareon AG/Aareal Bank AG in Germany in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the capital of Kalshoven Groep B.V.
With this acquisition, Aareon has gained access to the commercial real estate market in the Netherlands to supply software solutions and services on behalf of the real estate industry and management information system software.
LXA advised management with the acquisition of the Fletcher Hotelgroep. The largest Dutch hotel chain, with 73 hotels, will be in the hands of CEO Rob Hermans and CFO Edwin van Heteren. The two managers acquired Fletcher Hotelgroep together with NIBC Bank and the Luxembourg hotel investor Xead Group.
Mutsaersstichting, an organisation with a social, people-oriented orientation, acquired 100% of the shares in the capital of psychologist practice Psychologenpraktijk Oog B.V. with 8 locations in Eindhoven and 2 location in Geldrop-Mierlo, including real estate. LXA advised Mutsaersstichting in these acquisitions.
