For LEXIT, LXA successfully handled a crypto financing transaction.

On behalf of the Commercial Contracts team of LXA The Law Firm, Herman Knotter and Maikel Exterkate assisted the franchisees of Inqar Car Rental & Shortlease in a dispute with the franchisor. An amicable settlement was reached, on the basis of which the joint franchisees took over the franchise formula. For this purpose, LXA has drafted all the necessary contracts.

LXA advised Tobroco (a long term client) in setting up a supply chain of certain parts and products to be produced in China in the factories of its supplier Elite View Enterprises Ltd. and Jiangsu Awon Machinery and Equipment Co. Ltd.

For Speedcomfort, LXA successfully handled an equity financing transaction with JOA Ventures as investor.
