Future Kitchens B.V., a company active in the development, production, marketing and sale of planet-proof, healthy, instant soup, has received an investment of EUR 230,000 from its business angels and 9.5 Ventures N.V. (a Belgian venture capital firm), in order to realise further growth. LXA acted as advisor to the investors.

LXA advises C.V. Eurobuilding with the acquisition of real property estate “Eurobuilding”, including the incorporation of the acquisition vehicle C.V. Eurobuilding.
The former office building (located at PSV-laan next to the stadium) shall be altered into 475 apartments. This is part of a widespread plan of the municipality of Eindhoven to develop 1300 residences. As former HQ of KPN, the Eurobuilding is a prominent and well-known estate in the city of Eindhoven.
