On December 20, 2023, the District Court of The Hague rendered a judgement in favor of Coty (licensee of world famous perfumes brands as Hugo Boss and Chloé) and two counterfeiters finally have to face the consequences of their acts.

Amsterdam criminal court rules against counterfeiters accused of habitual money laundering

Two persons were summoned to the Amsterdam Criminal Court after a criminal investigation found evidence that they were producing counterfeit Goose, Parajumpers, and Stone Island jackets – and were also engaging in habitual money laundering.
