This is the person who handles the whole gamut of aspects, everything from zoning plan changes and permits to signing contracts with the land owner, the tenants, the backing investors, the financers, the contractor, and all other stakeholders.

LXA has a multidisciplinary team of attorneys specialized in all the areas of law it takes to provide the full spectrum of legal consulting that a project developer and its counterparties need. The team is headed by one of our transaction attorneys, who both coordinates the activities and is responsible for evaluating and drafting the turnkey contracts, purchase contracts, and every other contract the process involves.

These are the dealmakers, specialized in negotiating, drafting and evaluating all forms of purchase agreements and other contracts, and they have extensive experience with coordinating and managing the process to get to the signature stage fast and efficiently.

Commercial leasing law

The attorneys of the Commercial Leasing Law section advise frequently and extensively on issues of commercial leasing. They also draft and evaluate leases and general terms and conditions of leasing.
