Alongside Peter Huijbregts and Willem Berendsen, Tim forms the executive board of LXA. Focusing on growth, innovation, and professionalisation, Tim plays a key role in shaping and executing our strategy. As part of the board, he is responsible for overall firm policy and realising our ambitions. Additionally, Tim manages the staff departments and works on optimising internal business processes.

Prior to joining our team, Tim was the founder and a partner at a consultancy firm specialising in the legal sector. There, he gained valuable experience collaborating with numerous international law firms. This background gives him a deep understanding of the dynamics and needs of legal organisations.
