Sterre graduated in June 2019 for her HBO AD Office Management specialization HR support at Schroevers. After this, she started her Human Resource Management studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences in Den Bosch in September 2020.

During her study career, Sterre has previously done internships at various companies in construction, engineering and online training. The past year she spent in Amsterdam where she followed her minor in labor law. This made her very enthusiastic and curious about the legal profession.

Sterre has been part of the HR team at LXA Advocaten since September 2023, where she will work as an intern.
