Monique has a college degree in Office Management and has successfully completed the ESA (European Schools for Higher Education in Administration and Management) exams. Monique began her career in 2000 as executive secretary for a family business in Waalwijk, and in 2006 took a position at Kenhardt/FunktieMediair as office manager.

Monique has been an office manager at LXA Attorneys since October 2017. In her role as office manager, Monique’s primary focuses on HR, both the recruitment and talent development. Besides that, Monique is responsible for the support department, facility management and various firm-related projects.
