Elles completed a senior secondary vocational course and joined Paardekooper & Hoffmann Accountants & Belastingadviseurs in 2000 as Assistant HR Manager.

Since 2005, Elles worked for different law firms in Netherlands. She has taken various courses in the field of law throughout her career.

Elles has worked as a management assistant at LXA Attorneys since 2014. Elles supports the Corporate/M&A team.
