Tosca Witlox

Tosca joined LXA in February 2026 as a attorney in the commercial contracts practice group. The start of her career in law has been unusual, differing from the usual path. After completing her Master's degree in International Trade and Investment Law at the University of Amsterdam, she initially decided to start a business in the beauty industry and lived abroad for several years. As a beautician, she set up her own practice and worked at renowned salons in Amsterdam. However, the legal profession continued to appeal to her and, after careful consideration, she decided to take the plunge and get a taste of what the legal profession had to offer. This decision quickly proved to be the right one.

Before joining LXA, Tosca worked as a legal assistant at a niche firm in Amsterdam specialising in professional liability and disciplinary law. She also completed several legal internships, including at the litigation and arbitration practice of a large international firm.
