Pim has been part of LXA Advocaten's Labor Law section since January 2024 and works across the full breadth of Labor Law.

In September 2023, he graduated from the University of Groningen for the master's degree in Dutch Law with specializations in Private Law and Labor Law. He wrote his master's thesis on freedom of expression within the employment contract and when an employer may attach employment law sanctions to an employee's use of this freedom.

During his studies, he did an internship at the Labor & Pension section of a law firm in Amsterdam and worked as an HR assistant in Utrecht in 2023. As a result, Pim has an excellent perspective on the problems people in HR practice encounter on a daily basis.
