Together with Tim Segers, Peter heads the Government and Real Estate section within LXA Lawyers. Before joining LXA, he gained experience and expertise at an international law firm in Rotterdam.

Peter has several complementary areas of expertise. He is an expert in (commercial) rent law, purchase and sale of real estate and project development. He has the necessary knowledge of spatial administrative law. This enables him to integrate the spatial framework (zoning plans, environmental and nature permits) into the necessary contracts. Think of purchase and contracting agreements, sale & lease back, (triple net) leases, etc.

Peter has a particular affinity for logistics and healthcare real estate. In these areas he often works directly with leading (international) real estate consultants and brokerage firms. As a result of this combination, he may consider contractors, property developers and institutional investors among his regular clients.

• Lecturer AvdR for the course 'Deepening Rental Law' and giving (in-house) courses on rental law.
• Initiator and co-founder of a recurring networking event aimed at real estate professionals in the Southern Netherlands.
