Nadia is part of the Corporate/M&A team. She specializes in corporate law, with a focus on guiding and advising on (complex) corporate transactions (equity and asset transactions, (employee) participations, (re)structuring, private equity, joint ventures, financing, and real estate transactions). She is also an expert in shareholder relations and other corporate law issues. She advises both Dutch and international companies, investors, family offices and project developers.

Nadia obtained her masters in private law and corporate law from Radboud University in Nijmegen. She successfully completed the post-graduate specialization course in M&A at the VU Law Academy a few years later. She joined LXA's corporate M&A practice in 2017. She previously worked within the financing and securities practice of a law firm in Eindhoven.

Nadia’s recent work includes

• Advising on and guiding various equity and asset transactions.
• Advising on and guiding various (in-house) restructurings and transactions prior to and following an acquisition or investment
• Advising on and guiding various complex transactions, including an equity and refinancing transaction, with multiple equity and asset transactions and the buyout of multiple shareholders
• Advising on and guiding the acquisition, sale and development of real estate (projects), including logistics real estate, residential, business premises and offices.
