Maggie van Waaijenburg joined LXA Lawyers in 2021 and is part of the Litigation and Arbitration team.

In 2021, Maggie graduated from Radboud University in Nijmegen for the master's degree in Dutch Law with a specialization in Civil Law.

Maggie has experience in civil litigation, including summary proceedings, first instance and appeal. She is often involved in business and commercial disputes and advises clients in various areas to avoid liability.

As a member of a team of specialists, Maggie represents the interests of companies that have experienced fraud. As a result, she is involved in national and international asset recovery.
