Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
Lieve Holterhues has been part of the Employment Law team at LXA Advocaten in 's-Hertogenbosch since January 2023. Lieve was sworn in as a lawyer in August 2021. Before joining LXA, she gained experience at another law firm in Brabant.
Lieve advises on all aspects of employment law, including individual and collective dismissal cases, reorganizations, employee participation and terms and conditions of employment. She guides and advises International and Dutch companies, but also regularly assists employees.
In addition to her daily practice, Lieve regularly writes blogs on employment law topics for an HR platform and lectures on current developments in employment law.
