Lenny has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):
Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
Lenny Godding has been working as a lawyer in the Insolvency Law and Restructuring section of LXA Advocaten since June 2023.
Lenny completed the Master in Commercial and Business Law in Maastricht and then worked at several law firms. There he dealt with private law issues and Insolvency Law. In addition, Lenny has extensive litigation experience, enabling him to effectively assist clients in court as well.
In 2021, Lenny won the National Pleading Competition of the Young Bar Associations of the Netherlands. In addition to his work at LXA Advocaten, Lenny is active in the Junior Chamber and is a director of Grenswerk, a music venue in Venlo.
