Joost has been part of LXA Attorneys' Employment Law team in 's-Hertogenbosch since June 2024. Before joining LXA Attorneys, he worked as an employment law specialist at another law firm in 's-Hertogenbosch, a legal consultancy in Utrecht and a large accounting firm in the Netherlands.

At LXA Attorneys, Joost advises and litigates on employment law in the broad sense of the word. He has expertise and experience in areas such as dysfunction, dismissal, reorganizations, employment contracts, (changing) terms of employment and sickness and disability.

Apart from daily practice, he writes blogs and newsletters on employment law topics, and gives workshops and presentations for clients and relations. Joost also successfully completed the Postgraduate Course in Employment Law (PALA) at the end of 2022.
