Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
Brigitte joined LXA Attorneys in 2016 as a lawyer specialised in employment law. Previous to joining LXA Brigitte has been an employment lawyer for one of the largest law firms in the south of the Netherlands.
In addition to the general employment law practice Brigitte has a great deal of expertise and experience regarding complex reorganisations involving trade unions and Works Councils, cases which of course also require a great deal of attention for the individual aspects f.e. of the reflection principle, redeployment and dismissal. In addition Brigitte also has a particular interest in issues in the field of employers' liability and privacy issues between employer and employee (GDPR).
