Patentexperience offers Start-ups, SMEs and Corporates the appropriate strategy to optimally protect, maintain, exploit and benefit from their innovations. Patentexperience is a unique concept and due to their long-term collaboration, the parties involved work as a well-attuned team. 

Brantsandpatents establishes the development of your patent portfolio, performs Freedom to Operate analyses, prepares infringement opinions and if required, conducts opposition proceedings with the patent granting authorities. If Patentexperience advises you to file a patent application, it guarantees on optimal service towards a granted patent. 

Taxperience arranges the fiscal optimization of your patent portfolio. This will lead to a substantial reduction of your company’s tax burden, which allows you to only pay 5% corporate tax instead of the normal corporate tax rate of 20 or 25% which is charged on the profits made by your innovations.

LXA ensures the correct positioning of your IP rights within your company structure, drafts the required contracts (including confidentiality, R&D, licensing, financing and cooperation agreements) and legally enforces your patents against third parties.

We work with one single point of contact who will coordinate all activities of Patentexperience,which will unburden you.
