LXA OVERSEES THE SALE OF THE SHARES IN SMARTCOAT HELD BY THE FRENCH FINOXA

Working on the sell-side on behalf of the management and shareholders of the French based Finoxa Sarl, LXA M&A specialists Roald Subnel and Job de Wert have overseen the transfer of Finoxa's 20% participation of the shares in the Dutch based SmartCoat B.V.to its co-shareholder Horticoop B.V., which has become the sole shareholder by means of this transaction.

The sale ends a five year cooperation between the seller and buyer, exactly as was foreseen in the joint venture agreement of November 2015, which was overseen by LXA as well.
