LXA OVERSEES THE SALE OF THE SHARES IN SMARTCOAT HELD BY THE FRENCH FINOXA

Working on the sell-side on behalf of the management and shareholders of the French based Finoxa Sarl, LXA M&A specialists Roald Subnel and Job de Wert have overseen the transfer of its 20% participation of the shares in the Dutch based SmartCoat B.V.to its co-shareholder Horticoop B.V., which has become the sole shareholder by means of this transaction.

LXA oversees Urban Gym Group's takeover of Gustav Gym

Working on the sell-side, LXA M&A specialists Antony Jonkman, Marnix Geraerts, Tessa Giltay and Jacqueline Berns have now overseen the transfer of both Gustav Gym locations to the Urban Gym Group (UGG). UGG, known for its fitness concepts TrainMore, Clubsportive and High Studios, also opened three new clubs in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Groningen) in the first quarter of 2020, bringing the fitness chain to 23 locations.
