LXA attorney Gie van den Broek and Banning attorney Ranee van der Straaten appear in the ECTA Bulletin magazine October 2022. Together they have written an interesting article on a lawsuit regarding intellectual property crime and money laundering, in which 2 suspects were sentenced. They were found guilty of counterfeiting and money laundering in particular clothing from the brands Canada Goose, Parajumpers and Stone Island.
